Rain cleared out but got foggy after midnight. Missed USA 129 somehow. 23936, 23908 a little early. Finally saw 28500 although only one long flash. Fooled by several geosynchs looking for 96020. Since they weren't particularly flaring, I'll just mention they were visible 3:03-3:07 UT:
