    Hi all:

Trying to plan for observing some sats like DSP F19 USA 142 (25669) for
    example.

    1) Run Orbitron--find a pass at 30 Apr, 1:37 UT (culminates)
    2) Run ObsReduce--for that time -- advance it to an area where there are
a number of appulses. Reduce it-- early by -16,449 secs. ~ 4:34
    ....gives ~6:11 UT @ AZ 265 El 33
    3) Range at that point ~ 25,600 km (Rerun Obitron with 33 d satellite
    elevation)
    4) programs I'm using don't give any magnitude estimates.

My question is : Can I estimate the magnitude at that time and position?

    Thanks in advance
