element manager available?

I recall using Element Manager by Rick von Glahn to do various
sorting of elsets, and the seesat page still links to it, but
the link goes to a "dead" godaddy page.  Is this app still
available somewhere?  Is there a newer or better app that has
similar features. thanks.
