Very nice work Peter, locating AEHF 1 (10039A / 36868), running more than two hours late relative the orbit guesstimated
by Mike McCants. Mike did well to get that close, considering AEHF 1 was last observed on 2011 Mar 19 UTC (by Mike), and
has been manoeuvring relentlessly since that time. The along-track position error was about 30 deg. Mike has yet to
update the elements, but its current orbit is approximately 7.3 deg, 22300 x 51700 km.
