In the world according to North Korea, won't this be their 3rd satellite,
following up on their two previous successful launches? I know no one else
thinks these launches reached orbit (and the radar tracking of the launches
and the lack of any tracking of objects in orbit supports this view), but
have the North Koreans ever retracted this claim, or referred to the upcoming
launch as carrying their first satellite?
