This was already discussed on Seesat-L. The two videos were reportedly
    made around 20:00 - 21:00 UTC (22:00 - 23:00 local time). According to
SpaceTrack, the Centaur re-entered about 19 hours earlier at 01:23 UTC
    ±1 minute.

The re-entry ground track did cross Brazil but at about 00:30 UTC (22:30
local time the previous day - April 19). From the location shown on the
Universe Today map, the maximum elevation was less than one degree.

The Centaur is not the object in the videos.
