Hi, this evening, I see in heavens-above that there was a flare of Iridium 45 at 18:40:43 local time (UTC - 4.5 Hr) 23:10:43 UTC Location 9.4188 N 70.4460 W, but when I go out to observe it, I see that this satellite was more to south and its flare was not that expected. I wish somebody tell me what's going on? I checked all, time, location, epoch, and all it's good.
