Peter Wakelin's observations on 2013 Apr 02 and 04 UTC clarify the recent manoeuvres by the newest SDS satellites, USA 227 and USA 236. USA 236 completed its checkout near 30.3 W and was moved to the 10 W operational slot. USA 227 vacated 10 W, and is now drifting eastward at about 9.4 deg/d. I suspect that it is headed to the operational slot at 144 W.
