    NOTES:
    ------
    (1) A steady bright unknown was seen around 2013-04-05 21:18UT which
        matches IGS 1A [27698/03009A] very well; it is listed as such.
    (2) Between 00:00 to 00:50UT I performed a planar search of the 99046
        search orbit I provided yesterday. During that search I spotted
        three unknown objects. The first object matched the 99046 search
        orbit very well in time, track as well as eclipse exit time and I
        am confident it is the same object. Nothing was seen at the time
        of the predicted 99047 search orbit, though there is about a 10 to
        20% chance that it was obscured by clouds. The 99048 and 99049
        objects did not match the 99046 orbit in time but were a good
        match in track, indicating they occupy the same plane. All three
        objects appeared quite steady except for 99048 giving one sharp
        flash, as shown in these images:
