I doubt that a meteoroid caused this hole - it's far more likely that a bit of space junk caused the damage - in low Earth orbit, there are far more bits of space junk than meteoroids and from what I can tell, they don't have any further information on the impact speed or composition of the impactor than just the hole in the solar panel.
