Ofeq 10 was 1 s late and within 0.2 deg of the track predicted by:

1 39650U 14019A 14106.07914909 .00097527 00000-0 27708-2 0 08

The object seemed to be flashing rapidly. I guessed 1 s period. Anyone else notice this? I thought I saw variation last
night, but less rapid.

I hit the stopwatch late and had difficulty making the observation, so precision likely has suffered.
