The problem may be a little more subtle: as Alan pointed out, the download fails also with UpdateBulk, so I've investigated the matter. When downloading any of these files from prismnet server with wget, I get a redirect error (302) which redirects over https protocol.Wget as expected requests again the files over https but fails to verify the certificate, reporting that prismnet is using a self signed certificate.
I solved this problem telling wget not to check the certificate by means of the flag:
--no-check-certificate
I will release soon an update of UpdateBulk.exe (I will also remove the download of intcogo file).

Regards,Simone

I suspect the problem is due to the
fact that Mike's current tle for #39630 (DMSP F19) includes the
orbit height of "836 x 851 km" at the end of "line zero". This is
unusual for classfd.tle and appears to cause a problem with
      UpdateBulk.exe when I include the download of classfd.zip/tle. I
have not tried it myself with Heavensat, but there may be a
similar issue with that software too.

      Hi Obin,

      I don't know how Heavensat
exactly manages the download from McCant's site, but the problem
        might be connected
      with the availability of all
the classfd files. At least 3 archives were usually available:

      http://www.prismnet.com/~mmccants/tles/classfd.zip

      http://www.prismnet.com/~mmccants/tles/inttles.zip

      http://www.prismnet.com/~mmccants/tles/intcogo.zip

      The last one appears
unavailable now, so the download procedure might fail there.

      Regards,
      Simone

        Hello,

I am using Heavensat 2.4.1 and while trying to download Mike
McCant's TLEs the message "Invalid Zip File" pops up. Then the
message "Download failed... failed to save file or bad data
format" appears regardless of what TLE I am using. Is anyone
else seeing this error with Heavensat? I tried the files
          directly and they appear normal.

Thanks in advance for any troubleshooting tips.
