5919 Obs (15-004B #99991 ??)

I browsed Russells recent obs of "1500402" and found that they are within
about 10s from Mike's #99991 from Apr.9, also from a modified version of
Jon's IGS 9 r elset.

But I find no similar elset issued by Ted or Mike recently.

Indeed I captured it easily in five images yesterday, but its optical
behaviour was very steady, just a very obvious brightness decrease in the
NW.
