Just use a hash generator on a favorite phrase or file and flip the first alpha character from upper to lower case or vice versa.

In MD5, KittyCat -> A869d5d4b27b4d76d2bdf9a0edfd38c5

That would satisfy the Space Track requirement but wouldn't be much more secure than using KittyCat itself.

If there were an actual security issue involved, you could take a selfie and hash it, being careful not to share the selfie.
