5919 Obs 20150429

I was able to capture USA 224 on an eastern pass, and follow it for 155s in
11 images.
UNID #99619 is near the S edge in only one image, so direction is a
qualified guess (unless it faded to invisible it would have been found in
the following image if it were NB)
UNID #98619 is in four images.
If there is any use for my 1s accuracy, I can measure the the intermediate
images (and most other track ends) to get lower statistical errors.
