My observations yesterday are of no interest - please disregard.
I had accidentally used a cfg file with winter's UTC offfset for my
prediction, and also for the image analysis.
Mike and Jon gave me the correct IDs:
My USA 224 is ALOS 2
My UNID #98619 is COSMOS 1743 #16719, UNID #99619 is SL-14 R/B #17296
Also, Mike spotted a position error at obs 20:39:43.5.
It was due to a typing error in the Y coord of one of the three ref stars I
used in ObsReduce.
(Corrected is 39766 14 029A 5919 G 20150429203943500 18 25 1820389+323833
55 S)
