Hitomi observation from Upstate NY

Observed what was likely HITOMI (41337) last night between
2016-04-06T00:14:51Z and 2016-04-06T00:15:38Z with a VGA
format CCD and off the shelf 35 mm (f/1.4) lens. The frame rate
was about 5 Hz, video is posted at:

I was hoping to share a radiometrically calibrated light curve,
however the presence of the twillight sky is making it difficult to
generate one I am confident in. However, a FFT of the brightness
over the 47 seconds of data I have shows likely peaks near
0.37Hz (2.70s period) and 1.62Hz (0.62s period).

Wondering if the quick flashes are from the octagonal structure
of the payload?
