The astrometry below was obtained beta-testing a not yet public version of
TANGRA, which is Windows software by Hristo Pavlov to do astrometry on video
records.

TANGRA was originally made for telescopic video astrometry on close approaching
NEA's, but Hristo has adapted it for me to be able to work with wider fields.

A test on a number of Iridium sats so far yielded impressively accurate results.

The camera was a WATEC 902H equipped with a Samyang 1.4/85 mm lens. Time source
was a GPS time inserter. Reference star catalogue is UCAC-4.

The sky was very clear, the moon no real nuisance.

Residuals with respect to timely TLE's for two Iridium sats as an example:
