IGS Radar 5 and r/b imaged

Jusr imaged IGS Radar 5 and its rocket.
First was 42073 on time with the latest tle from classfd.tle.
A minute and a half later 42072 passed, about the same
brightness as the r/b
Mike´s last TLE with 12.2580 rev looks like the best fit.

Report later as the camera is still running.
