Plane X: software to calculate orbital plane crossing over a site

Hi all,

By popular request, I have written a small Windows .NET program that calculates
the two times in the day that the orbital plane of a given satellite crosses
over a given site on earth.

The program is called "Plane X". It can be downloaded trough my webpage:
