Good conditions until around 01:30UT when the sky clouded
over. Unfortunately this was just before the first good pass of the
OTV-5 candidate. Unknown satellite tracks were seen again. One was
identified as SAR Lupe 2 [31797/07030A], and another as the NOSS 7 (A)
[16591/86014A] candidate which I observed on April 8 as Unknown
99496/18598A. Starting from the classfd.tle elset I get this orbit:

NOSS 7 (A)
1 16591U 86014A 18101.84513889 .00000000 00000-0 50000-4 0 00
2 16591 63.3055 104.5763 0908615 54.6603 13.7527 13.48718821 03
# 20180408.07-20180411.85, 17 measurements, 0.003 deg rms

The third unknown [99499/18601B] seems to correlate with NOSS 2
(1977-112) objects, of which NOSS 2 (D) [10529/77112D] and NOSS 2 (F)
[10594/77112F] are currently tracked. That leaves NOSS 2 (E)
[10544/77112E], for which Mike McCants attributed my March 18
observations of unknown [99488/18577A] as that object. Unfortunately
the 99488 and 99499 observations don't really provide a good fit to
explain both sets of them as the same object...
