Roscosmos reports manoeuvre was successful - occurred at the planned time and for the planned duration.
Starting 15:41 UTC, thrusters of Progress MS-13 fired for 427.5 seconds providing Δv 0.48 m/s and raising the orbit height by about 0.9 km.
