Interestingly, I picked up radio signals from 90004 on 2242.5MHz over the past few days, showing the rapidly decaying orbit. In the past 90004 was heard regularly on 2242.5MHz, but over the past years it has been absent. Perhaps the lower orbit allows me to pick up the signals.
