Starlink observability

Here's a great explanation that SpaceX just posted about Starlink.

This talks about their brightness mitigation efforts, how the sats fly, and what parts of the sats are reflective.

On the next launch, one satellite will test a deployable sun visor to block sunlight from hitting the brightest parts of the spacecraft.
