OIG elsets appeared very late today :
Luch 1 SL-12aux 7.0 2775 x 100
1 23685U 95054F 96213.60231793 .48674172 16873-4 14566-2 0 3030
2 23685 46.7255 155.6538 1711354 116.0955 262.5687 12.56567475 8256

It appears that it is now decaying slower than anticipated.
It should be visible at around 20:34 from Western-Central France,
then make nice passes over the US near latitude 45 N after sunset.
It may even survive until midnight Aug.1-2, again being visible
over the US. And of course Aug.1 over France - Switzerland - Italy.

Try to get new elsets before trying to find it Aug.01 !
