Based on Kurt's Acceleration Report from yesterday, I observed both 21984 
and 22220 this morning August 21. Object 21984 was oscillating regularly at 
8 second intervals (also videotaped for EUROSOM) at 0339 UT.  7 cycles were 
observed for a total of 56.3 seconds. Object 22220 was also tracked at 1022 
UT and videotaped and there was no appreciable rotation noticed in this full 
phase orientation.
