Welcome to Seesat-L, Igor!

Yes indeed. It was very useful to have an observer
further east, to extend our observational coverage.
You made a key obs, that helped us quickly detect
and adjust for the phasing manoeuvre several days
after launch.

I wish to add that the material I shared with Igor
consisted almost entirely of minimally edited Seesat-L
postings, in chronological order, so that he could
follow the major events of the tracking and deployment
as reported here. That way he would also be aware of
the many people who contributed to those two very
exciting projects. I am sure that they can all look
forward to being contacted by KGB or GRU recruiters
in the near future. Kidding ... just kidding!
