Have also seen several geosynch satellites. Using Skymap (by Rob Matson) and SGP4, the times and position are excellent. I use an 8" Celestron. Will attempt to view Interbol if good elements become available. I can't comment on propagation models other than using SKYMAP options for different models and seeing how it applies to real observations. Ron Lee
