OIG, last 5 tle's

I used to be able to obtain the last 5 tle's for an object from OIG by
telnet'ing to "oig1.gsfc.nasa.gov", login as OIG with password of "goddard".

Does the OIG web site support obtaining the last most recent tles by a 
single identifier?

If not, where can I obtain them easily/readily?

Also, does anyone have current logon info to get on to the OIG telnet site?
