Ian Porter has made another observation which indicates that my previous guess for the mean motion change in the orbit of Lacrosse 2 was too large. The revised value is 0.000450. This corresponds to about 2.6 seconds per day. Here is a revised elset: Lacrosse 2 1 21147U 91017 A 97212.35772549 .00000030 00000-0 51444-5 0 05 2 21147 67.9810 28.7068 0004000 269.4487 90.5512 14.68643222 03 The maneuver took place about June 30.0. The size of this maneuver is similar to the many small maneuvers that Lacrosse 1 performed. Mike McCants
