Averaging MM over the three days in orbit, the rocket is:

OrbView-2 r adj 310 x 295 km
1 24884U 97037B 97217.22473516 .00097933 41773-5 32897-3 0 90044

with an expected decay mid-October.
Shadow exit is currently at 55N, and for the rocket it will only get
worse.
Best pass time NB at 55N is 23:00 LST

On the other hemisphere, you should be inside the polar circle to see
them.
