The latest elset from OIG for this decaying SL-6 rocket, 97- 22 B, is:
C 2342 SL-6 r1 5.0 0.0 0.0 5.5 d 204 x 175 km
1 24801U 97022B 97218.47700621 .02544036 86975-5 46067-3 0 1801
2 24801 62.7640 224.1986 0022452 118.7176 241.6280 16.31138328 13418

As Bjoern has pointed out, the drag has not increased as much as anyone
would expect given that the perigee has fallen by 13 km in the past two
days. It does seen to be increasing again, though, and the indicated
decay time given by my SatEvo analysis has slipped by only 3 hours
during the past 24 hours. It now stands at around August 7.9, which is
probably where Bjoern would like to keep it to maximise his chance of
seeing the event. But what am I bid for a more favourable time for other
observers? :-)

Here are my predicted elsets for the next few hours - I plan to update
and extend this later tonight when I trust I'll have fresher elements.

I (attempt to) post the latest OIG elsets for this object, plus other
decayers, selected objects and new launches, on my SatEvo WWW page (URL
below) every three hours.
