MIR &Progress

I've collected the observations made of MIR and Progress. Using SATFLASH I've made a
PPASfile where the difference in time between MIR and Progress passing the same point in
orbit is entered as the flash period.
With SATFLASH a graphic output can be generated that shows the gradually increase in
time difference from august 6 to 15; and the rapid decrease the days there-after when
Progress was redocked to MIR again.
