for today's updated decay predictions (and elsets) for #25792, the FUSE
Delta 2 rocket.

I predict this re-entry for August 4 05:43 UTC +-6h while the rocket is
SE-bound over the Philippines after its final perigee passage over
India. SpaceCom's latest notice puts the decay 17 minutes earlier, over
the S end of the Red Sea. The uncertainty is still several orbits,
however.
