Last night 8/12 local time I saw one flare of mag 2 at about 21:25 PDT
(+/- 1 minute) from a sat traveling through Cygnus heading towards the N
celestial pole. It was invisible to the naked eye before & after in my
light-polluted skies of limiting mag 4.

Using mccants.tle and skymap, I see that 13120 Cosmos 1346 was a good
fit to this observation. (15598 Cosmos 1634 r was a poorer fit ... 1
minute too late and too low in the sky.)

Also enjoyed a -8 flare from Iridium 25 and a pass of the flashing
rocket 25861.

Best, Mark
