I was at mike's site and the following appear's

Files of satellite elements containing classified objects

The McCants file: Version of Aug. 12, 1999. 

August 13: Many elsets are getting quite old. 


Well here is a more recent file containing orbital elements for the
un-classified satellites, with updated elements for three DMSP satellite's
listed in mike classfd.tle file. Plus it contains the slight more updated
elements for some of the usa military satellites suh as lacrosse 2, that I
received as e-mail from Ted Molczan.
