1999-004E (#25625) SOYUZ RB

There where some delays between SpaceCom and OIG in respect to the updates.
The last forecast "2 HOURS BEFORE DECAY" - prepared August 16, 13:22 UTC -
shows              August 16,  15:51 UTC +/- 03 hours (44.5°N, 219.1°E)
on a descend pass over the North Pacific.

MPM delivers with the last two ELSETs 99228.343... and 99228.465... nearly 
unchanged compared with my preceding prediction:
                   August 16, 15:32 UTC +/- 11 minutes (09.9°S, 164.7°E)
on the same pass.
Let us wait for SpaceComs "FINAL REPORT"....
