1999-004E (#25625) SOYUZ RB:

In its FINAL REPORT - prepared August 16, 16:04 UTC - SpaceCom gives these 
decay  data:          August 16, 15:47 UTC  +/- 49 minutes (44.5°N, 219.1°E)
on an ascending pass over the Pacific.
There is no new ELSET and therefore no change in my MPM prediction:
                      August 16, 15:32 UTC +/- 11 minutes  (09.9°N, 164.7°E)     
An independent method (a reentry program) delivers also a decay time (altitude
64 km) at 15:34 UTC.
