Ron's pre-launch elset was accuracte.  Through a moderate haze at 06:34:00 
UTC 17 August I observed a "C" shaped white cloud between Vega and Deneb 
(295az, 50el) at 1x.  It was about a +1 mag.  As it began to disperse I 
observed the Delta for about 15-20 secs.  It was a steady +5.5 to 6.0.
