1999-044B (#25890) SOYUZ RB

SpaceCom released as yet two inconsistent predictions. The last one - released
August 19, 03:10 - shows a decay at
                   Aug 21, 01:24 UTC +/- 01 days (09.6°S. 50.7°E)
This is definitely too early.
MPM predicts with the ELSETs 99231.733... - 99232.166... the decay at
                   Aug 21, 18:39 UTC +/- 03 hours (65.3°N, 28.1°E)

Let us wait for the next update and see....
