I have just posted the second update today of my Decay Watch page at

with my updated prediction for the decay of #25890, the Cosmos 2365
Soyuz-U rocket, at August 21 21:26 UTC. I show decay on a northbound leg
over Newfoundland following an equator crossing over Equador. The track
continues across Iceland at 21:32 UTC and over N Scandinavia at 21:36.
