I have just updated my Decay Watch page at

This carries my prediction for the decay of #25890, the Cosmos 2365
Soyuz-U rocket at August 21 23:09 UTC +-3h. I put this on a descending
track across Norway, Sweden and Finland, passing just N of Helsinki at
23:08. SpaceCom's decay point is slightly further back, to the E of
Iceland.
