You can use my program applysel (+brun40.exe)

applysel SAT.PRO in_orbit.sel SAT_NEW.PRO

assuming SAT.PRO is a regular text file, and you have a list
of the USSPACECOM IDs you want (one number first on each line)

You can get this by editing Satellite Situation Report from
Mike McCants or OIG - an easy task with my favourite editor
at http:/www.ultraedit.com - or you/I could write a small
program to extract this info, or you can use 'buildsel' to
create the .sel file from a 'good' .tle file.

With two additional parameters, applysel can also edit the
quicksat.mag file in case it is too large to run 'all sats'.
(Perhaps this problem has been fixed in quicksat)
