Rob Matson mentioned the double flashes and uncertainty over
the middle point. From my ONE observation period on 19 Aug (UT)
the double flashes ended perhaps 1.5 minutes before the middle
portion of basically equal brightness flashes from both surfaces.
In reviewing my notes, I realize that the equal flashes could have
started up to four full periods prior to my original assumption.
Hence my reported mid point/phase shift might have been as early
as 5:06:02 UT (19 Aug 99) versus the 5:07:00 UT reported.
Although this is still close at this stage, it reduces the accuracy
of the mid point in subsequent analysis.
