SkyMap's SATMAG.DAT can be edited IFF:
Your editor does not destroy the first three FB000C bytes
It does not treat the 00 byte as End-Of-File (recommend:www.ultraedit.com)
You keep all lines 12 characters long, including the CR/LF.

With 'r' after USSPACECOM no, it's RCS in square m,
otherwise magnitude at half phase, 1000 km.
