On Tuesday night 8/24 7:57p PDT = 8/25 2:57 UT, I saw a lovely double
flare ... flares about 4 seconds apart to perhaps magnitude -3. A
visiting friend was impressed. The sat was still visible in bright
twilight (mag -1?) between the flares. Nice near-zenith pass, peaking
about 85 degrees in the NE heading towards the NW.

NOAA 15 25338 is a good fit using Skymap and mccants.tle. A sat worth
watching for.
