Quikscat Rk Flashes

Excuse me if this has been previously reported but....

Quikscat Rk is tumbling at about a 9 second flash period.  What seemed 
unusual was the that the flashes were, at time, sharp and bright (like SPOT 3 
or a tumbling Iridium) as opposed to a smooth brightness change more typical 
of R/Bs.
