After a long delay OIG has "officially" closed the files for

1994-021H (#23050) Proton upper stage AUX MOT     Decayed: July 25,  2000

1997-085A (#25123) EarlyBird                      Decayed: July 27,  2000        

2000-024B (#26357) Titan 4 Rocket Body            Decayed; July 28,  2000

The date for the Titan 4 RB must be wrong. The last released ELSET 
00209.2798... , SpaceCom's  2 HOURS BEFORE DECAY  TIP message and Alan's 
and my own analysis shows the decay before noon (UTC) on July 27, 2000.
No FINAL REPORT from SpaceCom for 1997-085A and 2000-024B were issued.
