    On Aug 08 I observed USA 116:

    23728 95 066A 5919 G 20000808221328700 17 25 0157100+370200 48 +030 04

I tried for Ir 48 tum, Ir 73 ? and Ir 24 tum and missed all low with 7*50,
then scanned for them at 1x without success.
I did acquire Ir 73 in 7*50 near alp UMa, but found only a short
brightening to +4.0 or slightly brighter at 21:06:14
