1983-025D (#13967) MOLNIYA  1-57 RB 2

SpaceCom's FINAL REPORT - prepared August 16, 10:49 UTC - shows the decay on
                    16 August, 10:18 UTC +/- 01 hour (54.2°S, 243.3°E)
on a northbound pass over the South Pacific.
MPM + REENTRY delivers with the last two ELSETs 00229.0674... and 00229.1299-...
the decay on        16 August, 10:23 UTC +/- 11 minutes (34.17°S, 267.49°E)
on the same pass also over the Pacific.
In sharp contrast to our yesterdays decayer - PAM D (#24312) - the Molniya
RB 2 was relatively easy to predict and shows - against my expectation - no
"catastrophic" behavior....
